Keep good relations with guests and clients, provide a personalized service, promptly carry out guests requests, handle complaints;
Efficiently take care of the reservations, answer telephone and take messages according to hotel policy;
Increase revenue through up selling and recommending hotel’s own outlets;

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication in English;
Well organized with good communication skills;
Availability to work in shifts and weekends;
Personal skills: active, self-initiative, ability to work in a team and positive outing attitude;
Very good computer skills;
Experience in hotels or similar environment represents an advantage;
